On April 25th 2004, KA Prevulcanised Latex Pvt. Ltd (KAPVL) became the first Indian company to commercially manufacture Natural Rubber based Prevulcanised Latices for Indian and International markets. Today KAPVL, a part of the KA Group, is the leading manufacturer of Prevulcanised Latices, Speciality Latices and Rubber Chemical Dispersions in India.
The KAPVL Prevultex brand of Prevulcanised Latex is unique and distinguished by their long shelf storage life, online process potlife, consistency and stability. The applications include condoms, foley catheters, balloons, male external catheters, gloves, latex foam, adhesives, baby teats, medical and pharmaceutical products, sports goods, foam toys and many more.
The KAPVL Prevultex brand is synonymous with the manufacture of consistent and high quality latex products. It is manufactured from selected Natural Field Latex of the KA Group and specific Plantations and then centrifuged under controlled conditions at own facility. There is therefore total quality control from TREE TO CUSTOMER. The products are specially formulated to perform with minimal batch to batch variation. A key objective of KAPVL is to strive to become an enabling partner to the Latex Goods Industry for them to attain global standards at competitive levels. KAPVL has also diversified into International Quality Rubber Chemical Dispersions and Specialty Latices. KAPVL produces a wide range of dispersions both Single and Composite. The specialty latices include No Ammonia Latex. Ultra Low Ammonia Latex, No Nitrosamine Latex, Condom Grade Homogenised Latex (CGHL) and Ultra Low Protein Latex.
It currently also exports its products to Central and South America, Middle East and East Asia.
