R & D at KAPVL is an integral part of sustainable development in order to foresee and meet future customer requirements and ensure long term customer satisfaction.
Our R&D scientific services provide support to our company as well as our clients by developing new products and processes for enhanced performance, sustainability and green chemistry with two decades of experience in Latex dispersions, Prevulcanised lattices and specialty lattices for dipping goods. We have currently developed more the 25 formulas along with reinventing existing formulas. Our R&D Department can also customize & develop Ready Mix Raw Materials. KAPVL R&D also has collaborative tie-ups with IIT’s and other prestigious institutions.
R&D at KAPVL provides technical solutions for our customer that employs highly qualified rubber technologists, chemical engineers and microbiologists working in fully equipped and separate labs for dispersion, latex and water analysis.
Our R&D also undertakes complex and challenging product designing to obtain high quality products & process characterization of Dispersion, Prevulcanised latex, Specialty latex.
With regard to Dispersion we have developed and further developing particle size reduction below 2 micron size, Dispersion for ammonia free preservative, nitrosamine free preservatives, protein free preservatives and antimicrobial dispersions that have all been developed at our R&D.
In Prevulcanised latex segment, we are the pioneers in customizing Prevulcanised Latex for any kind of dipping goods, we have specialized in low protein Prevulcanised latex, Antimicrobial Prevulcanised latex, Low ammonia Prevulcanised Latex and Nitrosamine free Prevulcanised latex. Still we at R&D strive to research on ways to further develop and excel in the above products to go beyond the quality we can offer.
R&D at KAPVL in Specialty latex is one of the many achievements our company has developed like the Low ammonia CL60, No ammonia CL60, No odor CL60, Perfumed CL60, Low protein CL60, No Nitrosamine, Adhesives for fabric to rubber bonding and spray applications, while adopting Eco friendly practices.
