KA Prevulcanised Latex Pvt. Ltd manufactures a range of Single and Composite dispersions under the brand KA dispersion.
These dispersions are designed to work in synergy with natural rubber and are produced under stringent conditions.
Our dispersions have the benefit of:
- Faster rate of cross linking
- Less chemical dosage
- Less chemical sedimentation and wastage
- Uniform chemical distribution
- Intimate mixing of rubber particles and chemical
- Better aged properties
Unlike the normal chemical dispersions, KA Dispersion are well dispersed in the aqueous phase minimizing sedimentation and valuable chemical wastage during compounding and manufacturing process. KA Dispersion allows reduction of chemical dosage leading to cost saving to a formulator.
KA Dispersion also offers customized dispersions made using our sophisticated in-house technical R&D capability.
